How To Request An Online Feedback Statement
As a Working Feedback client you automatically receive a monthly feedback statement via email. You also have the ability to request a feedback statement whenever you wish that can be tailored to your needs as you are able to pick the date range of the reviews.
Where You’ll Find The Feedback Statement Feature
This blog shows you how you to request an online feedback statement so that you can get an accurate summary of your reviews. The statement is a useful tool with a number of benefits, including:
- A Marketing Document to give to potential customers
- A Management Report to review what you’re doing well and you could improve upon
- A Compliance/Regulatory Document that helps you provide evidence of impartial feedback
Step One: Log In To Your Dashboard And Find The Feature
To start things off, you’ll need to log in to your dashboard. Only Working Feedback clients have access to their Dashboard; if you don’t have your access details yet, contact us via the form at the bottom of this page or call on 0800 043 2100.
Once, you’re in, you need to click on the ‘request a PDF feedback statement of my reviews’ option in the menu:
Step Two: Checking Your Statement Settings
Before you request your PDF feedback statement you might want to check that you are set up to receive your monthly and yearly feedback statements. You should be signed up for these automatically, but it’s good just to double check. All you have to do is make sure that the boxes next to the titles are ticked.
Step Three: Requesting Your One-Off Statement
As we mentioned, the one-off feedback statement is tailored to your needs. You can pick your time period from a default list or select a period between two specific dates of your choice. Simply select which time period you would like and click ‘Generate’. Your tailored statement will now be shown on-screen and sent directly to your email inbox as a PDF attachment.
Stay Informed When It Comes To Your Feedback
Your feedback statements provide all the information you need to get a detailed look at your reviews, find a specific review or read the great reviews that people have left about your company.
