How To Publicly Respond To Your Reviews
Stay in contact with your customers by publicly replying to the reviews on display. Whether it be thanking someone for their kind words or addressing a customer concern; replying to reviews looks great for potential customers and through Working Feedback shows that you listen and value customer feedback.
Where You’ll Find The Right To Reply Feature
This blog shows you where you can reply to any of your reviews, so that you can keep in contact with your customers and stand out for new ones.
Step One: Log In To Your Dashboard And Find The Feature
To start things off, you’ll need to log in to your dashboard. Only Working Feedback clients have access to their Dashboard; if you don’t have your access details yet, contact us via the form at the bottom of this page or call on 0800 043 2100.
Once, you’re in, you need to click on the ‘publicly reply to a review I’ve received’ option in the menu:
Step Two: Select The Review You Wish To Reply To
You will now see a full list of all the reviews that are live on the system; simply scroll through the list until you find the review you would like to reply to and click ‘Reply’.
Step Three: Replying To The Review
On this screen you’ll see the original review text at the top of the page, and your reply box below. Fill in your reply box and click ‘Submit Reply for Moderation’ to finalise the replying process. PLEASE NOTE: Your reply does not go live immediately as one of the Working Feedback moderation team will first read it and ensure that it is suitable for publication.
When the reply has been approved it will be displayed alongside the original review.
The Right Message Through Your Customer Feedback
Replying to your reviews shows that you are interested in what your clients have to say, as well as (if it’s constructive feedback) ways in which you are improving your service or product directly as a result of customer feedback.
