How To Add An Automated Reviews Page To Your Website
The Working Feedback Automated Review Page feature showcases your most recent feedback whilst looking professional and appealing to visitors to your website. It can be customised and tailored to match your web design and looks great alongside our other features. And it all happens automatically!
Where To Find The Automated Reviews Feature For Your Website
This blog shows you where to find the code for the automated review page to add to your website, so that when people visit your website they’ll be able to see your current feedback.
Step One: Log In To Your Dashboard And Find The Feature
To start things off, you’ll need to log in to your dashboard. Only Working Feedback clients have access to their Dashboard; if you don’t have your access details yet, contact us via the form at the bottom of this page or call on 0800 043 2100.
Once, you’re in, you need to click on the ‘add an automated review page to your website’ option in the menu:
Step Two: Choosing Your Options
Before you add this feature to your website you have to decide what you want the page to show. Simply make sure the box next to each option is ticked; these include displaying the stars, date, review title and reviewer name. We recommend you have as many of the features activated as possible to show your company in its best light.
Step Three: Implementing This Feature
If your website is managed by a web developer they will be able to integrate this feature with minimal fuss. All you have to do is forward them the code generated at the top of the screen and they’ll know what to do. If your website is designed using code then simply copy and paste the code on the screen into your HTML document at the point where you would like the widget to show. Alternatively, if your site is made using WordPress, Joomla or a similar CMS-based system then you can use the code as a standard image widget.
Customise The Feed To Look Perfect On Your Website
It’s relatively easy to adapt the code to integrate within your existing design. The widths, heights and colours are all included as variables and can be substituted for any other values that you may require.
