Here’s a tip to get the most out of your customers’ comments.

Make sure you collect your customers’ email addresses when you first deal with them or at the point of sale. This allows you to communicate with them and send your feedback form when the time comes to ask them for a review and referral. 

You want to ensure that your customer knows their opinion is valuable to you, so this could also be a good time to send something free in return.

You’ll also have their email address so that you can keep them informed of future offers and promotions.
