Getting feedback from your customers can be difficult. Working Feedback has developed a system for collecting feedback by email and what’s even better – we do it all for you.


Getting started is as Easy as: ABC_image


You provide us with an excel spreadsheet every month (or more frequently if required) with some basic contact details on your customer. Don’t worry, we don’t use their details for anything else!


We create a branded email to send to each of your clients and then merge it with the information you provide to us. It has your company name on it but comes from us, a third party!


We send an email direct your customer out on your behalf with a link to leave feedback and manage all the feedback. We can also send a reminder to them if they haven’t responded.


That’s it.


Working Feedback will make the following happen:

  • We feed them to Google – nothing better than reviews for content & Google loves them!
  • Reviews can be set to automatically update your website and social media
  • We provide you with a Quality Mark that links to your reviews and added to your website
  • We verify all feedback before it goes live, so if a customer isn’t happy or suggests what you could improve – we’ll let you know first.
  • Help you to get closer to your customers by letting them know that you value their opinion!

What it costs

The service* is available fully on Barter for an annual cost of £1,100 ex Vat with an EXCLUSIVE Bartercard easy pay monthly option:

  • Initial set up cost £275 ex Vat
  • Followed by monthly payments of £75 ex Vat
