The Challenge

The Solution

Nobilis staff give the feedback cards to clients, who then mail them reply paid direct to the Working Feedback office. “This allows them to give feedback in a more anonymous way.” The testimonials are then all loaded onto the Nobilis page within the Most Recommended Homecare website. “But more important to us, they feed into our website,” says David. “Which means the site doesn’t gather dust, and we’ve a very high ranking.”
